Manifesto
The Ceraflow project stems from a purely original approach to craftsmanship in the field of ceramics, glass, and porcelain. Without any limitations, this phenomenon-driven simulation allows itself to transform and even deny the laws of the real world. In its digital form, it allows us to glimpse into the hidden essence of the actual production process within the magical movement and dynamic shaping.”
During it's birth project Ceraflow started as a collection of 3 different unique materials. Ceramix, Acrylix and Metalix

In the subsequent phase of the Ceraflow project’s development, the essence we have discovered materializes in physical space, taking the form of a static moment that carries all the motion and subtle energy of its own digital reflection.
In its entirety, Ceraflow becomes a metamorphic and tangible mirror of two diametrically distinct artistic crafts.

The innovative product (physical object) is a handcrafted ceramic egg, inspired by the Ceraflow animation.

Hatching of the Ceraflow
Each step of the manufacturing process, from the 3D printing of the model to the final glazing, is carefully executed with the goal of achieving high surface quality and detail.

The egg is made from colored technical porcelain, which is poured into a plaster mold and then manually shaped into its final form.
After creating the basic shape of the egg, the object was removed from the mold and manually carved into its final shape inspired by the animation.

After the first firing at 900°C, the object is glazed and subjected to a final firing at 1250°C, thereby acquiring a durable and lustrous surface finish
This production process is chosen for its ability to approximate the fluid motif of the animation and preserve a high level of detail.

Each egg is a unique work that combines handcrafting with modern manufacturing techniques.
